The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program is a nutrition education and supplemental food program. WIC provides free individualized nutrition counseling and checks for free healthy foods for pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women and infants and children up to 5 years old. WIC also provides immunization screening and referrals to other health and social services programs.
